    You can register using your email address, Google, Facebook, or Twitter accounts.

    Use your wishlist to let people know what gifts you'd like.

    Create your own lists to organize your favorite finds.

  5. Download the app

Profile & Account

  1. Profile Picture

    Add a profile picture in your settings.

  2. Connect Social Networks

    Visit Connected Accounts to link your Fancy account with Facebook, Twitter, or Google.

    You can share your activity on Fancy with your friends, but we will never post without your permission.

  3. Update Email Address

    You can update your email address on your settings page.

  4. Change Username

    You can submit a username change request in your settings.

  5. Change Password

    You can change your password here.

  6. Privacy Settings

    You can update your profile visibility and messaging privacy settings in your preferences.

  7. Deactivate Account

    To deactivate your Fancy account, select "Deactivate my account" in your Settings.

Shopping on Fancy

  1. Payment methods

    In addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, Fancy also accepts payment via Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Samsung Pay.

  2. Sales Tax

    Orders shipping to destinations within the United States are subject to sales tax. The amount of sales tax charged is based on several factors, including the type of item purchased, the buyer’s delivery address, shipping costs, and current tax rates per local and state laws. If applicable, sales tax will be added upon selecting your shipping address at checkout. Tax will be refunded for returned items. Fancy currently collects sales tax for the following states when applicable: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, UT, VA, WI.

  4. Estimated delivery

    You can find an estimated shipping window on the product pages. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Shipping

  1. Where we ship

    Fancy ships worldwide. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain items. Select and update your shipping destination on the product page to see details.

  2. What shipping service is used for deliveries?

    Fancy uses a variety of shipping providers. The carrier will be selected based on several factors, including the shipping destination and item weight. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers at this time. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

  3. How much does shipping cost?

    For orders over $49, standard shipping is FREE to the US!

    For orders under $49, standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 to the US.

    For orders shipping outside of the US, the shipping cost will vary depending on the destination country, weight and cost of the item.

    Note that all items shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to duties and taxes upon arrival to the destination country.

  4. Can I change my shipping address?

    We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order has been placed. There is typically a small window of time when the order is processing where we can update the address before it ships out. Please contact Customer Service at

  5. How can I track my order?

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

  6. My order says it’s shipped, but I don’t see any movement on the tracking.

    Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update once you receive it. If you still don’t see any information after this time, please contact cs@fancy.com.

Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, visit your Orders page. If returns / exchanges are permitted for your items, click “Return or Exchange” on the order you would like to return.

Returns must be approved by the seller and a descriptive reason for return will help the seller process your return or exchange request.

Specify a reason for your return or exchange and click Send Request. If exchanges are unavailable, you will not be able to select a replacement item.

If your request is approved by the seller, a confirmation and return address will be sent to your account email address.

Ensure your items are securely packaged and in their original condition before returning. Return shipping labels may incur a charge depending on the seller’s policy.

If your request is rejected by the seller, a reason will be sent to your account email address. If you are unable to resolve a dispute, contact Fancy Customer Support.

Orders

  1. How do I check the status of my order?

    To check the status of your order, go to Order History and locate your order number. If you have further questions about your order, please contact Customer Service at cs@fancy.com.

  2. Can I cancel my order?

    We cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled once they are placed. There is typically a small window of time when the order is processing where we may be able to cancel. Please contact Customer Service at cs@fancy.com ASAP after placing your order if you would like to request to cancel it.

  3. Can I modify my order?

    Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. Please contact Customer Service at cs@fancy.com ASAP if you have any issues with your order once it’s been completed.

  4. Are there any extra fees that will be applied to my order?

    For orders shipping within the U.S., any applicable taxes will be included in your total at checkout.

    For international orders shipping outside of the U.S., in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout, you will be responsible for payment of additional applicable customs duties and/or taxes upon arrival to the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the cost of these, as they are dependent on the destination country, product type and order value. Duties and tax payments are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

  5. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

  6. How do I return my order?

    All products have specific return information located in the “Overview” section of the product details. All returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging intact. If your item is eligible for a return, please contact Customer Service at cs@fancy.com.

  7. Help! My order arrived damaged.

    Please email Customer Service at cs@fancy.com for assistance. Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue and pictures of the damage.

  8. I placed my order on a site that has a similar name to Fancy.com. Do you have any other related websites?

    We are often mistaken for other websites with “Fancy” in the name. We are not affiliated with any other websites. All orders from Fancy will be placed on Fancy.com. All transactions associated with Fancy will reflect as “Fancy.com” on your bank statement.

General Inquiries

  1. Do you have a customer service phone number?

    We do not have a customer service phone number and do all of our customer service communication via email. The Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 9-6 pm PST. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within one business day.

  2. How can I delete my Fancy user account?

    If you would like to permanently delete your Fancy user account and all details associated with it, email Customer Service at cs@fancy.com. Please include your username and/or email associated with your Fancy account.

  3. How can I become a seller on Fancy?

    You can apply to be a seller on Fancy here. We review all applications and will be in contact via email with next steps once the application has been looked at by our team.

  4. Where can I buy a Fancy gift card?

    You can purchase a Fancy gift card here. Gift cards arrive instantly to the recipient’s email address.

  5. Can I get some Fancy stickers?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer any Fancy stickers at this time.
