All of our customer service is done via email at We're available Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm EST. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within one business day.


Orders typically cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Please contact us ASAP if you have an issue with your order.

Any applicable taxes will be included in your total at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.


Shipping is free for orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a $7 flat rate for shipping.

We currently only ship to the contiguous US. We're looking to expand internationally soon. Let us know if there's a country you're interested in us prioritizing!

We typically cannot modify your order once it's placed. Please contact us ASAP if you have an issue with your order.

We do our best to ship out orders within 2 business days of the order confirmation. Some made-to-order items will have a longer ship window. These details will be listed in the "Shipping + Returns" section of each product.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Note that it can take a couple of business days for tracking updates to reflect after your order is shipped.

Carrier is dependent on the type or product and the shipping location. We typically ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Most of our products are shipped directly from the brands. If you placed an order for items from multiple brands, you will receive a separate shipment email for each shipment.


Most items are returnable within 30 days of the order date. Any items marked as Final Sale are not returnable. Some items have a shorter return window. You can find return details in the "Shipping + Returns" section of the product. Need to make a return?
