    Yeah, ditto on what Alex said. Got it off of Amazon awhile ago, very good cookbook. I'd hesitate to say idiotproof if you follow the recipe, but that would be underestimating idiots. Please not though, almost all of these recipes take at least 12 hours. There are overnight variants, and recipes you can start one night and do the next night while working, but the majority will require 15 minutes in the morning. Produces great bread though!
